All services provided (Astrology, Numerology, Reiki Healing, Tarot Reading, and related spiritual sessions) are personalized and time-based consultations.
Once a session is conducted, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you wish to reschedule your session, kindly notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may not be accommodated.
In case you fail to attend the session without prior intimation, the booking will be treated as completed, and no refund or rescheduling will be applicable.
Refunds
No refunds will be issued once the booking is confirmed and payment is received.
Refunds will only be considered if:
The service could not be delivered from our side due to unforeseen technical or scheduling issues.
The payment was made in error for duplicate bookings.
In such cases, refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Digital Products / Reports
For services that include digital reports, charts, or personalized readings, once the file is prepared and delivered to the registered email/WhatsApp, no cancellation or refund is permitted.
Ensure correct details (date, time, place of birth, etc.) are provided, as incorrect inputs may lead to inaccurate reports. No refunds will be issued for errors caused by client-provided information.
Package / Multi-Session Bookings
For pre-booked packages or multiple-session plans, clients must utilize sessions within the validity period.
Unused sessions beyond the validity period will lapse and will not be eligible for a refund or extension.
Exceptional Circumstances
If unavoidable emergencies arise (medical emergencies, natural calamities, etc.), we may consider rescheduling at our sole discretion.
Such cases will be handled with compassion but remain non-refundable.
